Dan brings more than 35 years of retail experience, including operational board positions at Pets at Home PLC.

Before moving fully into consultancy, he held senior roles across supply chain, profit protection and IT. That breadth gives him a rare view of how retail businesses really run, from the warehouse floor to the boardroom. Since then he has specialised in large-scale project and programme delivery, and under his leadership retailsolutions has delivered several major SAP migrations and transformations for retailers.

Dan is now a Partner and Managing Director of the UK business, where he leads a team of more than 80 consultants. He continues to shape how the practice delivers complex programmes and the value it brings to clients.
